From I-10 travelling East:
Exit to left on Major Drive (FM 364). This will be well before you get into Beaumont proper. Travel north 5.6 miles; the building is on the right at the corner of Major Drive and Shiloh St.

From I-10 travelling West:
Exit to the right on College St. Ttravel 3.3 miles west and turn right on Major Drive. Travel 1.2 miles north, and you will find the building on the right at the corner of Major Drive and Shiloh St.
